About 5 minutes. After checkout, a 13-step automated provisioning pipeline creates your server, configures SSH, installs software, sets up your database, deploys the platform, and registers your machine. You can watch it happen in real-time from the dashboard.
Yes. Every plan includes full SSH access to your dedicated server. Your SSH keys are generated during provisioning and stored securely in our encrypted vault.
Completely. Each customer gets their own dedicated server and their own Supabase database project. There is no shared infrastructure between customers.
Yes. You store your own Anthropic, OpenAI, or other API keys in the encrypted vault. Your agents use your keys, so you have full control over usage and billing with the AI providers.
You can cancel anytime from the billing page. Your server remains active until the end of your billing period. After that, the instance is decommissioned and data is deleted. We recommend exporting any important data before cancellation.
Not necessarily. The dashboard lets you manage pipelines, knowledge, contacts, and templates without writing code. For advanced automations, basic familiarity with the command line helps, but the agents handle the heavy lifting.
